Shareware License Agreement

before using this software. Unless you have a different license
agreement signed by SpinnerBaker Software, your use of this
software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement
and warranty.

This is a legal agreement between you, the users, and
SpinnerBaker Software. By installing or using this software,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If
you do not agree too those terms, you may not use or install
Icon Clock.

You are welcome to evaluate Icon Clock for 30 days. Extended
usage requires registration. You are encouraged to register Icon
Clock and support its further development. To purchase the
program, please use the contact address given in the readme and help
files.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
Texas.
